Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP certification are required.
• Active Texas license to practice is required.
• Proficiency with clinical documentation systems and HIPAA regulations.
• Experience handling confidential patient information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to perform duties primarily in a standing position.
• Excellent communication skills to explain procedures and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises for patient goals.
• Counsel, educate, and support patients and families throughout treatment.
• Establish measurable goals and track patient progress.
• Ensure proper setup, sterilization, and safety of therapy equipment.
• Review patient records before sessions to tailor treatment plan.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure.
