Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist license in the applicable state.
• 1+ year of experience in a retail pharmacy or specialty dispensing environment.
• Preferred: 5+ years in a retail and/or specialty pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Review physician orders and dispense medications.
• Perform medication therapy management and document interventions.
• Provide patient counseling and clinical support.
• Coordinate care and resolve insurance-related issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including 340B and DEA.
• Maintain records and manage inventory.
• Lead and train staff.
• Identify improvement opportunities.
