Job summary

Sun Tribe EPC, LLC is a Virginia-based utility-scale solar design and build firm delivering projects across Virginia, Maryland, and neighboring states. The Construction Manager will lead on-site execution, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget control while aligning with Sun Tribe’s values.

Reporting to the Regional Director, Construction Management, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage field teams, and drive progress using Procore and MS Project.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred
• At least 2 years in construction/project management
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain corporate vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site leader for utility-scale solar construction, ensuring safety and compliance with Sun Tribe standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, inspectors, and field teams to hit milestones and quality expectations
• Monitor daily construction progress, document work using Procore, and manage field reports and safety observations
• Drive site logistics including material receiving, equipment mobilization, infrastructure setup, and workforce coordination
• Lead jobsite meetings, workforce planning, and closeout activities
• Identify and resolve field issues via RFIs, protecting Sun Tribe’s contractual interests
• Support change order tracking and environmental compliance for project reporting
