Job summary

IPolarity LLC is seeking a Software QE Engineer for an onsite role in Sunnyvale, CA. The candidate will bring 8+ years in software development and testing, with hands-on Java, TypeScript, and mobile iOS testing experience to drive quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright and Selenium, plus Swift-based automation for iOS and XCUITest.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Development / Testing with strong business analytical skills.
• Hands on experience with Java and TypeScript programming.
• Experience in designing and development Test Automation Framework from scratch using Playwright, Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with Swift programming for iOS automated tests.
• Experience in Mobile app Testing for iOS using Swift and XCUITest (XCUI).
• Strong analytics, reporting skills and ability to communicate risks and issues effectively.
• Familiar with design patterns and architecture discussions with development team.
• Exposure to DevOps tools like Jenkins/Kubernetes/docker/AWS.
• Experience in Functional & integration testing.
• Agile methodology and proactive, accountable work style.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute automated tests for mobile iOS applications.
• Build and maintain test automation framework using Playwright and Selenium.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams in an Agile environment.
• Apply DevOps practices with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker and AWS tools.
• Identify risks and communicate issues in a timely manner.
