Job summary

KeyLogic seeks a Software Engineer/Application Developer for an on-site role in Dulles, VA. You will design, develop, and support end-to-end software, work with RESTful APIs, and coordinate with government customers. A Secret clearance is required, with TS/SCI preferred, and DHS suitability is needed as well.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
• Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.
• 2+ years of directly relevant experience in applications development.
• Knowledge of secure SDLC and versioning/maintenance.
• Experience with integrating COTS products.
• Knowledge of Python development.
• Experience with AWS services: S3, SQS, Lambda, Glue, Route 53.
• Knowledge of RESTful architecture.
• Data transformation and manipulation via code.
• Experience with containerization tools: Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to collaborate across remote and physical locations.

Responsibilities

• Design, troubleshoot, and implement software for end-to-end development.
• Design, develop, enhance, debug, integrate, and implement software.
• Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications.
• Research, test, and coordinate integration of new products per user requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend application software packages and testing tools.
• Resolve problems with software and respond to enhancement requests.
• Design, develop, and interface with RESTful web APIs.
• Improve documentation and development process standards.
• Ensure quality control of all developed and modified software.
