Connected Logistics is seeking a Software Developer to support a DLA client's full software development lifecycle, onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA. The Intermediate Software Developer will design, code, review, and mentor team members.

The role requires two or more years of experience with C#, VB.NET, .NET 8+, APIs, SQL, and front-end frameworks. Competitive salary range is $100,000 to $105,000 USD with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with C#, VB.NET, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with web development using JavaScript and React, Angular, or another modern front-end framework.
• Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, Entity Framework, or another ORM.
• Experience developing or consuming APIs.
• Familiarity with Git, source control practices, peer reviews, and collaborative software development.
• Ability to independently develop, test, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain application features.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex software solutions using best practices and modern technologies.
• Ensure code quality through design reviews, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.
• Lead architectural discussions and contribute to technology strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior developers.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.
• Lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
• Work closely with Product Owners, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver value-driven features.
• Drive technical discussions and decision-making within the team.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
• Implement and advocate for secure coding practices.
• Ensure maintainability and scalability of software solutions.
