Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in the Olympia region for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite, full-time contract places you in elementary through high school settings, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to deliver in-person therapy.

Candidates must hold a WA SLP license or be eligible, CCC-SLP, and be able to obtain OSPI fingerprint clearance. You will assess students, develop IEPs, document progress, and participate in

Qualifications

  • Active SLP license for Washington state or eligible to obtain one.
  • CCC-SLP certification required.
  • Experience in school-based SLP preferred.
  • Ability to complete OSPI fingerprint clearance before start.
  • Strong skills in IEP development, therapy implementation, and documentation.
  • Collaborative mindset with teachers, support staff and families.
  • Onsite work only; no remote candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students across K-12 at assigned sites.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs.
  • Develop, implement, and update IEPs per state and federal requirements.
  • Maintain clear records and progress notes.
  • Consult with educational teams and families to support student growth.
  • Participate in school meetings and interdisciplinary planning.
