Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year intercompany shuttle experience.
• Must be reliable, punctual, self-motivated, pay attention to detail, neat in appearance and have a basic safety knowledge.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service.
• Maintain awareness and understanding of documents published in the BMS Library, with competency of general and related field documents.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physically able to drive for long periods of time.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA; English speaking/writing ability.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, and sitting.
• May require overtime; ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick up passengers and transport them from stop to stop (3 total stops in route)
• Always maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Always follow all traffic regulations.
• Perform visual inspection on shuttle van (interior and exterior).
• Report any findings during inspection and/or during shift.
• Follow all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment.
• Performs other duties assigned as required by the business.
