Job summary

KFI Workforce Solutions is seeking an Onsite Crew Lead to supervise a small crew and ensure smooth shift operations. You will serve as the main point of contact for crew members and escalate issues to leadership per established procedures.

The role emphasizes leadership, clear communication, and adherence to safety and client site rules during the shift. Prior onsite experience is preferred, with focus on attendance and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or onsite work environment preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example during an assigned shift.
• Clear, professional communication with crew, leadership, and client contacts.
• Ability to escalate appropriately and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift duties and answer crew questions.
• Escalate urgent or sensitive issues to the Customer Success Director or client HR.
• Maintain awareness of crew activity, staffing needs, and operational concerns.
• Assist crew with basic questions about work expectations, shift assignments, and procedures.
• Document shift notes, attendance, incidents, and escalation summaries.
• Onboard or guide new crew members during the shift.
