• Walk down planned work, validate acceptance, and review contractor payments.
• Verify constructability, allocate resources, and resolve field issues.
• Coordinate activities with vendors, suppliers, regulators, and officials.
• Assist in scope control, budgeting, and scheduling; report on performance.
