You will be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and offshore developers, driving production support, issues resolution, and delivery of business requirements for the Investran platform. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management, and hands-on enterprise application support and development experience.

Qualifications

• 8-11 years of IT experience with strong technical leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams.
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Knowledge of the Investran platform is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end production support activities for the Investran platform, ensuring high system availability and timely issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for business users and stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Coordinate between onsite business teams and offshore development/support teams for timely deliveries of enhancements, fixes, and releases.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvements.
• Provide technical leadership during deployments and production releases.
• Monitor application health and identify risks to improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise work and meet timelines.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical solution planning.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.
