Job summary

Lorven Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer (Senior/Mid-Level) for an on-site contract engagement in Omaha, NE.

You will own core Java/J2EE backend (Java 8/17), Spring Boot, Angular frontend, and Oracle database optimization, driving enterprise-scale solutions. You will collaborate with senior recruitment specialists and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments, ensuring secure web services, high performance, and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE fundamentals, Java 8 and Java 17.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Angular frontend development.
• Deep experience in Oracle databases, SQL tuning, web services, and application integration.
• Solid experience with JMS, Apache Camel, Log4j, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Legal work authorization and Day 1 onsite availability in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications across backend and frontend stacks.
• Build scalable backend solutions using Core Java, J2EE, Java 8/17, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot microservices.
• Develop modern, responsive single-page UIs with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Develop, integrate, and secure enterprise web services, messaging solutions (JMS, Camel).
• Design and optimize Oracle databases, schemas, and high-performance SQL queries.
• Perform code reviews, profiling, and enforce code quality practices.
• Monitor application health and troubleshoot runtime issues with Log4j, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams, product owners, QA, and DevOps.
