Zusammenfassung

Aroha Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Engineering Tech Lead for Azure-based lakehouse solutions. You will lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data pipelines and governance across multiple data sources, with emphasis on cloud-native Azure services.

The role requires strong PySpark, Databricks, ADF, ADLS Gen2, and Azure SQL expertise, plus leadership experience in enterprise data platforms and a DevOps mindset. On-site Greenfield location preferred.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree required or higher in a related field.
12+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
Experience leading design and implementation of Azure data platforms.

Aufgaben

Lead design and development of scalable data engineering and lakehouse solutions.
Build and optimize batch and near-real-time data pipelines.
Govern data security, quality, and access controls across the platform.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Collaborate with product owners, QA, and analysts to translate requirements into deliverables.
