Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforce client and company policies and procedures.
• Observe and report fire and safety hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols around the building.
• Report incidents to managers and security staff.
• Interact with clients, visitors and public safety officials.
• Operate CCTV and surveillance equipment.
• Ensure timestamps are accurate on video feeds.
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance operations.
• Notify leadership of any extended system malfunctions.
• Retain recordings as required by policy and law.
• Other duties as assigned.
