The ideal candidate is a licensed School Psychologist in Texas with a Master’s in School Psychology. School experience is preferred but not required; the role involves evaluations, collaboration with staff, and providing counseling and training.

Qualifications

• Must be a Texas-licensed School Psychologist.
• Master's degree in School Psychology or related field.
• School experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations of students to assess cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral functioning.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to develop and implement individualized interventions and support plans.
• Provide counseling and therapy services to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges using evidence-based techniques.
• Serve as a resource and provide training to school staff on mental health, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
