Job summary

Soliant Education is seeking a full-time School Psychologist to provide onsite support for the 2026-2027 school year in Howell, Michigan. The position serves two campuses, K-2 Elementary and 6-8 Middle School, supporting elementary and middle school students.

The role includes conducting evaluations, consultation, and collaboration with school teams to meet student needs, with a caseload of about 50 students and close work with teachers, families, and related service providers.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan School Psychologist certification/licensure.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Experience conducting initial evaluations and reevaluations.
• Strong assessment, consultation, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and reevaluations
• Administer, score, and interpret psychoeducational assessments
• Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports
• Participate in eligibility meetings and IEP team discussions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Provide consultation and support regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district requirements
