Qualifications

• Associate's degree in OTA from an accredited program.
• Valid CA COTA license or certification.
• Experience as a COTA in pediatric or school setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, parents, staff.
• Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, and daily living skills.
• Implement OT interventions under supervision of an OT.
• Provide direct therapy individually and in groups (handwriting, motor coordination, self-care, sensory).
• Collaborate with teachers/parents to integrate goals into IEPs.
