Celebrations Speech Group in San Jose, CA is seeking a California-licensed SLPA to support elementary and middle schools in a full-time, onsite role.

You will work under licensed SLP supervision, implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and help prepare reports for IEP meetings while collaborating with teachers and school staff. The position offers a defined 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. schedule, Monday–Friday, through June 2027.

Competenze

• Current California SLPA license required.
• Associate's degree in SLPA program or bachelor's in CSD required; bachelor's preferred.
• Onsite in San Jose, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
• School-year assignment through June 2027.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with supervising SLP.
• Newly licensed? Welcome to a school-based role.

Mansioni

• Provide individual and group speech and language therapy under licensed SLP supervision.
• Implement treatment plans and support IEP goals.
• Prepare and organize therapy materials and activities for student engagement.
• Collect progress data and maintain service logs and documentation.
• Assist with progress reports and documentation for IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with supervising SLP, teachers, special education staff, and school teams.
• Communicate student progress to supervising SLP.
