Job summary

QRC Group in Cidra, Puerto Rico seeks an SAP Implementation Support Specialist to guide on-site SAP deployment in a tightly regulated medical device manufacturing setting. You will ensure user readiness, validation alignment, and ongoing support during go-live and hypercare.

Ideal candidates have hands-on SAP implementation experience, strong GxP knowledge, and proven ability to train users while maintaining regulatory compliance across IQ/OQ/PQ validation and CSV processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP implementation experience in regulated environments.
• Experience with CSV validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Proven end-user training in regulated settings.
• Familiarity with FDA and ISO compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site SAP support during implementation, testing, and go-live.
• Support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) in alignment with CSV requirements.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
• Develop training materials and coach end users on SAP transactions and best practices.
• Act as first-line SAP support during go-live and hypercare.
• Coordinate with IT and external SAP partners to resolve issues.
