Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Sample Coordinator to work on-site in Richmond, VA. The role supports laboratory sample handling, labeling, inventory management, and adherence to SOPs.

The position is a 12-month assignment with temp-to-hire potential, paying $18.50 per hour on the first shift (Mon–Fri). Requirements include a high school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience; familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle sample and standard tasks including receipt, labeling, inventory, and transport.
• Communicate status of samples/standards to lab staff.
• Guide lab staff on SOPs and process improvements.
• Complete investigations and determine CAPAs.
• Review lab requests for SOP compliance.
• Train on SOPs and regulatory guidelines; respond to alarms.
• Perform tasks timely and safely.
