Job summary

NoeCee Global, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Business Sales Trainees.

This onsite role provides hands-on experience in sales, client relations, and business development while you learn the fundamentals of how we expand brand presence and drive new business opportunities. You will work directly with customers and partners, participate in workshops, and receive paid training with mentorship.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with customers through clear, confident communication
• Participate in team meetings, skill-building workshops, and collaborative planning
• Learn and understand client products and services to represent them accurately
• Support sales presentations, new customer onboarding, and outreach efforts
• Assist with promotional initiatives and brand awareness strategies
