Job summary

The Berg Group is seeking a Site Safety Manager to be the key safety contact on the jobsite. You will develop, implement, and coordinate safety programs with the Safety Director, plan corporate risk controls, and conduct regular audits across multiple jobsites in Texas.

You will train on equipment and promote a culture of accountability while partnering with leadership to improve foremen processes and field safety practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA and OSHA recordkeeping requirements.
• DOT requirements and standards familiarity.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate safety policies and programs.
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Manage safety trainings, including OSHA required sessions.
• Oversee safety equipment inventories and maintenance.
• Partner with field and leadership to drive safety culture.
• Prepare weekly safety reports for Directors.
• Support project teams with risk control and LEED disposal policies.
