ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Lead RPA Developer to deliver scalable automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. The role involves designing, developing, and executing robust automation workflows across enterprise systems while ensuring quality through testing and monitoring.
This on-site position is based in New Haven, CT, and requires mentoring junior developers and coordinating with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- 8–10 years of software development, automation, or IT delivery experience.
- At least 6 years on UiPath platform, including Orchestrator administration.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end RPA delivery on UiPath from discovery to hyper care.
- Build reusable frameworks, libraries, and components.
- Develop Power Automate (cloud flows) for M365 integrations.
- Manage Orchestrator: robots, queues, schedules, credentials, licensing, and monitoring.
- Monitor bot performance and optimize stability and throughput.
- Lead code reviews, coaching, and best practices.
