The ideal candidate has experience with EMR systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons when applicable.
• 1 year Health Information related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests accurately and efficiently.
• Retrieve and compile medical records from EMR systems.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance when handling all PHI.
• Pull and generate reports as needed.
• Maintain organized documentation and tracking of requests.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare staff, patients, and requestors.
• Provide coverage support when onsite staff are out (PTO/call-outs).
