Job summary

GFT, located in New Jersey, is seeking experienced Construction Inspectors for roadway and bridge projects. The role involves ensuring quality, safety, and compliance during construction activities, while directly impacting community infrastructure.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2-10 years of construction inspection experience, preferably with NJDOT and public roadway projects. The position offers a salary range of $80,000 – $175,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-10 years of construction inspection experience, with strong experience on public roadway and bridge projects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to project sites.
• Experience with NJDOT and/or NJTA inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and quality assurance oversight on roadway and bridge projects.
• Complete daily inspection reports documenting work progress and compliance.
• Represent the client and GFT at project sites, maintaining professional communication.
