Job summary

Garnet Hill, a Garnet Hill retail store under the QVC Group, seeks a Sales and Receiving Lead in Dedham, MA. You will manage merchandise flow, perform receiving, and coordinate inventory with the corporate team to keep the store stocked and inviting.

You will lead floor service, drive sales goals, ensure safety, and foster an exceptional guest experience while coordinating with store leadership. This on-site role requires flexibility and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of shipping and receiving management experience in a specialty retail industry (preferred).
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor and stockroom for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Own merchandise flow processes: inspect and receive new merchandise; data entry into inventory management system; stockroom organization.
• Partner with Garnet Hill Corporate to oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stocking.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as floor service leader, driving a positive service environment and communicating daily sales goals and metrics.
• Ensure store safety standards and a safe work/shopping environment.
• Support and improve retail sales by delivering exceptional guest experience.
