Sebring Design Build is a respected residential remodeling firm in Franklin, TN seeking a Remodeling Project Manager. The role oversees housing renovation projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring safety, efficiency, schedules, and budgets are met.

Strong leadership, organization, and stakeholder communication are essential to success. The PM will coordinate crews, manage timelines, and maintain quality while navigating a fast-paced remodeling environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Strong understanding of residential remodeling and construction practices.
• Hands-on carpentry experience with the ability to assist in the field when necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sold projects for production and construction kickoff.
• Manage multiple remodeling projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal team members.
• Monitor project budgets and job costs.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget expectations.
• Maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project progress and expectations.
• Conduct job site visits and inspections.
• Resolve field challenges and unforeseen project issues.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Lead production teams while promoting accountability, safety, and professionalism.
• Perform hands-on carpentry tasks when needed, including framing, trim work, punch-list items, and repairs.
