Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Per Diem Research Assistant to support departmental needs in laboratory and research activities at 221 Longwood Avenue. Duties include data collection, assisting with research experiences, preparing for study visits, and scheduling subjects.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; 0-1 year experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and strong interpersonal/communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-1 year experience preferred in an office and/or research/laboratory setting.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to learn new software as needed.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with research staff, children, and subject families.

Responsibilities

• Assists with in-person data collection.
• Assists with research experiences.
• Prepares for study visits including organizing paperwork, setting up equipment, and preparing study materials.
• Assists with subject scheduling.
• Assists with other research-related office tasks as needed.
• Processes collected data.
