Job summary

Sago is seeking Research Project Coordinators for a temporary three-month assignment near Penn Station, NYC. The role centers on coordinating the onsite participant experience, hospitality, and secure, compliant movement through study facilities.

You will support check-in, lab access, scheduling, and incentives, while upholding privacy standards and NDA protocols. This is a part-time, onsite position with a possibility for extension, offering hands-on exposure to fast-paced UX research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in customer-facing operations or onsite logistics.
• Familiarity with privacy, confidentiality, and access-control requirements.
• Experience coordinating with research teams or project managers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome participants and manage check-in and arrival readiness.
• Escort participants to secure lab spaces and back to exits.
• Enforce NDA, access, and device handling protocols as required.
• Coordinate with UX Research Assistants for study scheduling and throughput.
• Distribute incentives and track attendance and compliance.
