Mass General Brigham in Boston is seeking an Animal Facility Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of the Animal Facility, including feeding and caring for animals used in experiments.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; experience with animals (0-1 year) is preferred. Onsite work at 185 Cambridge Street, 40 hours per week, day shift. Strong English communication skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Assists in the daily operation of the Animal Facility, in feeding of and caring for animals used in experiments.
• Keeps records of animal mortalities.
• Maintains records such as animal inventory, Animal Husbandry, and Room Maintenance Records for each assigned room.
• Reports all facility and environmental issues to the animal technician supervisor.
• Attends staff and educational meetings as scheduled by supervisory staff.
