Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field with 2+ years of post-Bachelor experience in addictions or counseling.
• OR Master's degree in social services, addictions, mental health or related field with 1+ year post-Master experience.
• Degree must be from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to identify history, current presentation, problem areas, and treatment needs.
• Lead group, individual, or family sessions using evidence-based modalities and document outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and aftercare planning as assigned.
• Maintain timely documentation of client care and incidents.
• Serve as liaison with insurance carriers and referral sources.
