Job summary

Snap-on is seeking a Receiving Lead for our Pleasant Prairie, WI distribution warehouse. The role supports supervisors, directs daily receiving activities, and coordinates inbound material plus put-away processes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in distribution/shipping with receiving experience and prior leadership capability, including use of RF scanners and forklifts. Overtime may be required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in distribution/shipping with at least three years in receiving.
• Prior lead experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment and RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Directs work assignments under supervision.
• Trains receiving and warehouse staff on new procedures.
• Coordinates all warehousing and receiving functions including inbound material.
• Communicates status of orders and inbound shipments with other departments.
• Verifies receiving documents and processes incoming shipments.
• Monitors data and reports to identify discrepancies and drive corrections.
