Modine is seeking a Quality System Support Technician for the 2nd or 3rd shift at the Airedale Lexington facility in Rockbridge, VA. The role focuses on preventing non-conforming products from progressing through production and ensuring safe distribution to customers.

You'll perform routine quality inspections, calibrations, audits, and document quality reports, collaborating with the production team to uphold stringent standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum experience in Manufacturing or related field.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality inspections throughout production.
• Perform equipment calibrations and workstation audits.
• Create and maintain quality control documents and reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend solutions.
