Apex Systems is hiring an onsite Quality Control Manager for a permanent, full-time role based in Raleigh, NC. The position follows a first-shift, Monday–Friday schedule and requires eligibility for a Top Secret DOW clearance.

Responsibilities include leading QC activities, implementing the QMS, developing project-specific quality plans, managing CAPA, and coordinating with third-party testers to ensure contract compliance and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 10+ years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project-level Quality Control activities to ensure contract compliance and quality standards.
• Implement and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project-specific quality plans tailored to customer and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party testing agencies, inspectors, and design review teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, submittals, and construction documentation for quality and contract compliance.
• Support internal audit activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
