Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience is preferred or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Adaptability to work different shifts based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform organoleptic evaluation, shade evaluation, and physical testing.
• Sample raw materials and enter evaluation results in SAP.
• Train new employees and follow Good Laboratory Practices.
