• Schedule and present project-level QAQC meetings.
• Manage milestones, site walks and inspections.
• Issue weekly QA/QC status reports with minutes and logs.
• Deliver final Project QAQC Closeout Report.
• Review and maintain project specifications records.
• Verify field closeout documentation and test equipment.
• Oversee network audits and validate test results.
