Job summary

McMillen, Inc. seeks a skilled Onsite Representative / QAQC Inspector - Heavy Civil to support field operations on water resources projects, monitoring activities and ensuring adherence to project specs, quality and safety standards.

The role involves reviewing submittals and test reports, conducting daily site inspections, coordinating with clients, contractors and design engineers, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' heavy civil QA/QC experience.
• Experience with water resource construction techniques and QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement Quality Control practices and procedures.
• Verify all work conforms to contractual requirements and project specifications.
• Review submittals, test reports, and materials for compliance.
• Conduct daily site inspections to verify compliance with plans, permits, and codes.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, regulatory agencies, and design engineers.
