Job summary

Responsibilities include handling resident work orders, completing make-readies, inventory management, and proper documentation. Requires HS diploma and 2+ years in maintenance; HVAC certs may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance or related trade experience.
• May require HVAC certifications and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing, inspects and coordinates with vendors.
• Track inventory, access materials, and return unused items to stock room.
• Document work orders accurately to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
• Help maintain grounds, common areas and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed.
