Marous Brothers Construction is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead high‑profile construction projects onsite in Willoughby, OH. You will own project operations, oversee subcontractors, manage budgets, and drive safety and quality from start to finish.

Qualified candidates have a minimum of three years as a Project Engineer and at least five years managing projects, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years as a Project Engineer and at least five years independently managing construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day project operations from start to closeout.
• Manage scopes of work, subcontract agreements, and site coordination.
