Job summary

SJE is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of projects for the SJE Revere brand from planning through closing. You will coordinate with engineering teams and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, client liaison, risk management, and contract administration. A PMP certification is highly desirable, with a strong focus on mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent related Project Management experience.
• Extensive experience/knowledge of engineering, construction, design, finance and management required.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in project engineering or project management.
• Five (5) years progressive lead and/or supervisory experience within your Industry's environment with knowledge of control systems.
• PMI PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of projects from planning to closing to quality standards.
• Serve as primary customer interface for coordination and enhancement of client relations.
• Lead projects for division clients, including planning, designing, and preparing project plans.
• Ensure safe delivery of project deliverables meeting customer and budget requirements.
• Manage contract administration including invoicing, cost forecasting, and schedule management.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and plans.
• Monitor progress and communicate status to stakeholders and management.
• Mentor engineering team members and identify new business opportunities.
