Job summary

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee contract management at Bolling JBA Commissary in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in retail or custodial contract management and demonstrate leadership in supervising unionized labor. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry regulations and coordinating with key stakeholders. This role requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, and eligibility for installation access credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing retail/warehouse/custodial contracts.
• Must be eligible for and maintain installation access credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite leadership and oversight for all contract activities.
• Ensure compliance with the PWS, CBA, OSHA, and DeCA policies.
• Lead performance evaluation meetings and respond to deficiencies.

Skills

Leadership in supervising unionized labor

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
