Responsibilities include leading estimates, developing pricing models, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure comprehensive, compliant estimates that support project success and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates, including conceptual, preliminary, and definitive estimates.
• Develop pricing models and support estimating scope quantification.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather specifications and drawings.
• Perform value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Maintain estimation tools, databases, and methodologies for accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for uncertainties.
• Present estimates and options to senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for competitive pricing and best value.
