Job summary

GrayWolf is looking for a Project Controls Engineer (Scheduler) to enhance their field operations in Lebanon, Indiana. In this role, you will drive schedule performance and support productivity planning for complex industrial construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong scheduling expertise and at least 3 years of relevant experience, proficient in tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of scheduling/project controls experience on heavy industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Lead planning sessions with project teams.
• Provide accurate reporting to stakeholders.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and report on deviations.
