TTEC is hiring a Production Clerk to work onsite in Clifton Forge, VA. You will ensure accurate data entry, manage supplies, and support customer care operations as part of a global team.

On-site role offering a base wage with performance bonus opportunities and a benefits package based on position. You will report to the Team Leader and contribute to delivering human-centered customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of data entry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer experience.
• Data entry skills (35 wpm)

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer requests with the corresponding supplies/materials.
• Receive, unload, check and stock new transponder inventory, supplies, customer materials, and retrieve for distribution as requested.
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
