Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a Process Chemist / Scientist I, Production (Chemistry) to perform organic chemistry synthesis and manufacturing in a production setting. You will analyze materials, maintain records, troubleshoot issues, and support new product development in the life sciences space.

A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related discipline is required; new graduates may be considered. Preferred are 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, a Master’s in Organic Chemistry, and polymer

Qualifications

• Strong technical writing skills and ability to document processes clearly.

• Experience interpreting scientific data and adjusting manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform organic chemistry syntheses in a manufacturing environment.
• Interpret production documents and execute manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished products.
• Produce and analyze reagents and finished products per plans.
• Use ERP features for inventory and manufacturing activities.
• Analyze data to support manufacturing decisions and scale-up.
• Coordinate with other departments and teams for production.
• Identify issues, run experiments, and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing records and batch data
• Create and revise process documents to meet quality standards.
