Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3+ years of field service experience in commercial printers required.
• Must have commercial / large printer experience; Lexmark printer certification nice to have.
• Worked with Windows networks and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade advanced commercial printers at retail locations.
• Provide on-site technical support for resolving escalated technology issues.
• Determine cost-effective repairs to minimize customer downtime.
