You will establish and maintain traceability across requirements, architecture, and analysis, working with team leads to define the framework for design, build, test, and activation of facilities and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 15+ years of Systems Engineering/Software Engineering experience.
• Experience owning the integrated technical baseline through the full SE lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to ensure successful system functionality development.
• Architect scalable verification and validation frameworks across dashboards and tools.
• Define interfaces and maintain bidirectional traceability across requirements, architecture, and documentation.
• Support defense programs with proper processes, traceability, and documentation.
• Coordinate with program teams to identify integration opportunities and new releases.
• Perform systems engineering activities per tailored standards and practices.
• Drive technical decision making and risk mitigation planning.
• Act as negotiator to optimize holistic system design across teams.
• Develop strategies for operability, reliability, maintainability, and supportability analysis.
