Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact policyholders to obtain necessary financial information for audits.
• Submit updates and completed audits via MCS premium auditing software
• Communicate with policyholders and agents by phone and email
• Examine financial records and operational practices of commercial businesses
• Adhere to client requirements and quality standards
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity
