One World Global Services is seeking a Portuguese US-based interpreter for VRI and on-site assignments across medical and educational settings. You will interpret between Portuguese and English to empower clients to advocate for themselves and their needs.

Responsibilities include adhering to NCIHC ethics and ensuring timely completion of tasks, with strong comfort in using new technologies. The role is based in Concord, NH and supports both on-site and remote interpretation as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of interpretation experience.
• Effectively interpret between Portuguese and English and vice versa.
• Adhere to guidelines for NCIHC Code of Ethics / Standards of Practice.
• Accurately complete assigned tasks/duties promptly and within approved guidelines.
• Possess the ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• Willingness to take on additional duties and assignments.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, email, scheduling, and internet.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
