Job summary

Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) is seeking a Piping Project Planner to support turnaround projects in Pine Bend, MN. This on-site role serves as the primary planning and scheduling resource, coordinating with project leadership, field teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient project execution.

You will develop and maintain detailed schedules, lead planning meetings, monitor progress, coordinate manpower and materials, and provide forecasting and progress

Qualifications

• 3+ years of planning/scheduling in an industrial setting.
• Experience with Prometheus planning software.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, Primavera P6.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and develop schedules.
• Knowledge of piping systems and mass transfer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Lead planning meetings with field leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify schedule risks, and implement recovery strategies.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities.
• Provide schedule forecasting, progress reporting, and productivity analysis.
• Serve as liaison between field operations, project management, and client representatives.
• Support change management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
